DIAMOND JUBILEE: APOSTLE MIKE UBEBE PHD CELEBRATES 60 YEARS OF GRACE, IMPACT IN GRAND STYLE
It was an atmosphere of jubilation, thanksgiving and celebration as families, friends, ministers of the gospel, church members and other well-wishers gathered to celebrate the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Mind of God Assembly International, Apostle Mike Ubebe, Ph.D, on the occasion of his 60th birth anniversary.
The colourful diamond jubilee celebration held at the G.E.T Divine Mercy Event Hall, Igbiki, Udu Local Government Area of Delta State, on Sunday, August 30, 2026, and was marked by praises, prayers, tributes and expressions of gratitude to God for the life and ministry of the cleric.
The ceremony, chaired by Dr. Alfred Mulade, former Registrar of the Nigeria Maritime University (NMU), Okerenkoko, attracted several ministers of the gospel, including the Chairman of the Gbaramatu Interdenominational Christian Fellowship (GICF), Pastor Samuel T. Ukuli, among other personalities, family members and associates of the celebrant.
The celebration featured a special rendition by The Mind of God Assembly International choir, whose performance added to the joyful atmosphere as family members, friends and associates paid glowing tributes to the celebrant, highlighting his commitment to the work of God, his service to humanity and the impact he has made in the lives of those around him over the years.
One of the high points of the ceremony was the presentation of a photo portrait gift to Apostle Ubebe as expressions of love and appreciation, while ministers present offered prayers for greater grace, sound health, divine strength and many more fruitful years for the celebrant.
The event reached another memorable moment with the cutting of the beautifully decorated 60th birthday cake, amid cheers and jubilation from guests, and a special dance session by the celebrant as he celebrates six decades of God’s faithfulness in his life.
The celebrant thanked God for His saving grace, especially in helping him defeat the Devil who wanted to cut short his life when he attained 55 years in a bid to stop God’s plan for him to celebrate at the age of 60. He also appreciated guests who joined in celebrating his Diamond Jubilee milestone, praying for God’s abundant blessings in their lives.
At 60, the Founder and Senior Pastor of The Mind of God Assembly International was celebrated not only for attaining the milestone age but also for his years of Christian ministry, leadership and service, as guests wished him continued divine favour and greater accomplishments
